What is Pleinfeest?
On August 23, in the midst of SAIL2025, De Ceuvel opened its creative shipyard for a free neighbourhood street party. The day blended music, food, art, workshops, and community — a playful festival of sustainability and imagination right in the heart of Amsterdam Noord.

Lifescraps Pop-Up
At Pleinfeest, lifescraps set up a small stall where visitors could pause, cut, and glue amidst the bustle. Our challenge of the day: “Can you tell a story in 5 scraps?” Visitors of all ages stopped by to piece together tiny collages from discarded paper, found textures, and shared fragments.
