lifescraps: la-la-land(ed) is a workshop about those collisions: hopes vs. reality, chaos vs. calm, imagination vs. “real life.” Through collage, we’ll chart the places (literal or metaphorical) we’ve landed in.
Think of it as making your own “landing map” — part dream journal, part travelogue, part inside joke.
This one’s for anyone who’s ever daydreamed big, taken a leap, switched tracks, crashed, soared, or ended up somewhere totally unexpected.

Reinvented yourself.
Built castles in your head, only to have reality bulldoze them (or turn them into something else entirely).
Sometimes our little la-la lands are escape hatches. Sometimes they’re blueprints. Sometimes they’re just vibes. Either way — they deserve a page.
Here’s what to expect:
Gentle warm-ups techniques and prompts to get you started (if needed).
A collage - or several! - about dreams you’ve chased or changed, or play with the alternate realities in your head — the ones you visit when “real life” feels too much.
A shared stash of salvaged, sustainable collage materials (or bring your own).
Do it all in a laid-back space, with no rules and no need for “art skills.”
A group of people doing the same thing — quietly, messily, honestly.
By the end, you’ll have something that marks a dream, detour, or landing (soft, messy, glorious, or all of the above).
Just show up — delulu or grounded, resettled or still a bit lost.
